User Terms

Acceptance of the Terms

These User Terms (“User Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Qtonz Game Studio Pvt. Ltd. (“Qtonz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and you, the end user (“User”, “you”, or “your”) of our mobile games, applications, and related services. These User Terms supplement our General Terms and Conditions and apply to all users who download, access, play, or otherwise use our games or services.

By installing, accessing, playing, or interacting with any of our games or applications, or by making any In-App Purchase or Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these User Terms.

If you do not agree with these User Terms, please discontinue the use of our applications and services immediately.

In-App Purchases and Subscription Terms

Scope of These Terms

By purchasing any virtual item, premium feature, virtual currency, subscription, or other digital content offered within a Qtonz Game Studio application, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase such content.

You confirm that:

  • You are at least the legal age required in your country to enter into a binding agreement; or
  • You have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to make such purchases.

The use of applications downloaded through the Apple App Store remains subject to Apple’s End User License Agreement (EULA), while applications downloaded from Google Play remain subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.

Purchases Through Apple App Store or Google Play

All In-App Purchases and Subscriptions available in our applications are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your selected payment method.

Qtonz Game Studio does not collect or store your payment information and cannot access your complete purchase history.

For invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, billing information, subscription details, or transaction history, please refer to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

No Ads Purchase

Certain Qtonz Game Studio applications may offer a No Ads purchase.

The No Ads purchase is intended to remove most non-voluntary advertisements displayed during gameplay.

Please note that:

  • Rewarded advertisements remain available.
  • Watching rewarded advertisements is completely optional.
  • Rewarded advertisements may provide optional in-game benefits such as coins, gems, power-ups, additional lives, skins, characters, boosters, or other rewards.
  • Since rewarded advertisements are initiated voluntarily by the user, they are not removed by the No Ads purchase.

Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer recurring subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

Where applicable:

  • A free trial period may be offered before the paid subscription begins.
  • Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends, your Apple or Google account will automatically be charged.
  • Subscription renewals occur automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Subscription pricing is displayed within the application before purchase.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the subscribed features or services for the applicable subscription period.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all In-App Purchases and Subscription payments are final.

Because all purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests should be submitted directly through the respective app store.

Qtonz Game Studio cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by third-party app stores.

Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants consumers a statutory right of withdrawal (including certain countries within the European Union), you acknowledge that digital content and digital services begin immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and, where permitted by applicable law, waive any applicable right of withdrawal.

Subscription Management and Termination

1. Subscription Cancellation by the User

Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

You may:

  • Cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
  • Disable automatic renewal before the current billing period expires.
  • Continue accessing subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, unless otherwise stated during a free trial.

2. Suspension or Termination by Qtonz Game Studio

Qtonz Game Studio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any subscription, account, or service if:

  • You violate these User Terms;
  • You breach our General Terms and Conditions;
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected;
  • Unauthorized payment activity or chargeback abuse is detected;
  • Your actions negatively affect the security, stability, or operation of our services.

Where appropriate, we may suspend access without prior notice to protect our platform, users, or legal interests.

Virtual Items

All virtual goods including coins, gems, tokens, skins, avatars, boosters, power-ups, characters, premium features, or similar digital content are licensed, not sold.

Virtual items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another user unless explicitly permitted.
  • May be modified, replaced, discontinued, or removed at our discretion.

Ownership of all virtual content remains with Qtonz Game Studio Pvt. Ltd.

Changes to Purchases or Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify subscription pricing;
  • Introduce new subscription plans;
  • Update premium features;
  • Remove or discontinue digital content;
  • Change available In-App Purchases.

Where required by applicable law or platform policies, users will be notified before pricing changes become effective.

Limitation of Availability

We do not guarantee that every premium feature, subscription, virtual item, or purchase option will always remain available in every country, region, platform, or application version.

Availability may vary depending on:

  • Geographic location;
  • Device compatibility;
  • Platform restrictions;
  • Local laws and regulations.
